Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada (BBBSC) is the parent organization of the Canadian chapter of the Big Brothers Big Sisters charity, supporting 108 agencies across Canada to connect youth with mentors.

I coordinated communications and marketing campaigns with 108 agencies nationwide, spanning online, social media, and out-of-home strategies. By analyzing social media metrics, I crafted effective organic and paid content plans, boosting engagement by 37%. Furthermore, I developed new social media strategies for platforms like Instagram and Twitter, while also self-teaching Adobe Creative Cloud apps for enhanced content creation.

Agency Communications and Marketing Campaigns: Collaborated on developing, managing, and providing communications to 108 agencies across Canada for national and local marketing campaigns. This encompassed online, social, and out-of-home (OOH) strategies.

Social Media Strategy and Analysis: Analyzed social media metrics to identify patterns resulting in higher engagement metrics. Planned and executed a social media strategy for organic and paid promotional content based on findings, resulting in a 37% increase in engagement.

Social Media Engagement Improvement: Created and implemented new social media strategies to enhance engagement on Instagram and Twitter. Additionally, self-taught the usage of multiple Adobe Creative Cloud apps, including Illustrator, Lightroom, Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro, and After Effects to support content creation efforts.
